Accepted Art Formats
For the best quality output, please provide your graphics in one of the following formats.

Please outline or include any fonts used.
Be sure to embed or include any supporting artwork.
- For 1-Color and CMYK graphics, high quality TIFF files are acceptable.
- Photographs are always printed as Grayscale (1-Color) or Full Color (CMYK).

Artwork Services
Most jobs have a setup charge that include press setup and layout services. These charges range, on average, from $25 - $60 and are noted in the product descriptions. In almost all cases this is a one time charge and would not be billed for repeat orders.
This base setup fee includes services such as...
- Processing Electronic Artwork
- Adding Bleeds or Reverses
- Minor Alterations or Touch-Up (i.e., enlarging or reducing artwork)
- Typesetting Your Copy
- Preparing Artwork for Media Layout (i.e., 6-up badges, tent stock, etc.)
- Press/Machine Setup
- Electronic or Faxed Proof of Artwork/Layout
Any work outside of these provided services could incur additional art charges at $60 per hour. You will be notified if this is necessary and provided with an estimate before any work is provided.
Overruns/Underruns
Most custom products are subject to a 10% Over or Under Run.
You will be billed for actual amount produced/provided when there is an overrun or underrun.
