Billing FAQ
- I'm not registered on BadgePRO.com, how can I pay for online
purchases?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
- I'm registered, how can I pay?
BadgePRO.com members can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or may request
to be Invoiced for their orders.
- If I register, when does the invoicing option appear?
Current customers who wish to have access to the Invoice option
for online purchases should contact The Laser's Edge to request this option be
allowed. You should have the option at check-out within 2 business days of your
request.
New client requests will be considered after you have completed
your first sale with The Laser's Edge.
- I'm registered for invoicing, when do I have to pay?
Invoicing account holders will be able to complete orders online,
by fax or by phone without pre-payment and will not be billed until the
completion of the order. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date
(Net 30).
Finance charges will be assessed monthly, beginning ninety days from invoice
date, at 6% with a $5.00 minimum.
Collection or legal fees to obtain payment will be the responsibility of the
indebted party and will be billed accordingly.
Online Purchases of Customized Products
It is important to note that many of our products have a variety
of options and customization possibilities which can effect the price. If we
have any questions about the details of a product you have purchased, we will
contact you for clarification. Please be aware that final costs can vary based
on the options you select for the product.
If you are unsure what you need, or want any assistance in
selecting your product options, please do not hesitate to contact us to help
complete your order.
We make every effort to clarify all charges, but due to the
complexity of customized product options in an online shopping environment,
there could be additional costs to the production of your order. If this occurs,
we will contact you immediately to explain and determine if you wish to proceed.
Likewise, if you select any options that incur any unecessary charges for your
product, we will alert you and refund any overpayments.
Online Pricing & Description Disclaimer (Human Error
Clause)
We strive for accuracy in the description and pricing of our products on
BadgePRO.COM. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in online
pricing or product descriptions upon discovery. If an error is discovered on the
product you have purchased, we will alert you as soon as possible with the
corrected information to determine how you wish to proceed.
Return Policy Most stock items may be
returned for a refund or exchange, with the following conditions:
1) Customer must contact The Laser's Edge to
ensure item may be returned and to receive a Return Authorization Number. 2)
Items must be in their original packaging and must be received in sellable
condition. 3) Item must be returned within 30 days of
receipt.
Items which can not be resold as stock product will not be
accepted for return or exchange. Custom printed, perforated, specially made,
or otherwise individualized items are final
